As the caller is delivered to the operator all your relevant information automatically pops to the operator's computer using our unique Intelligence Transference Software, and this allows our operator to seamlessly communicate with your caller. Call handling will be based upon your protocol that we develop with you for how your business operates. Information will be relayed to the caller as appropriate, and on call staff will be notified, if protocol dictates. For those we need we are HIPAA Compliant.
